Nicole Webre is a New Orleans native and received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University College of Law. Since 2003, Nicole has lead projects for redevelopment and new construction. She has spent over 15 years in the public and private sectors working with government agencies, residents, business owners, hospitality industry, educational institutions, and real estate developers in zoning, business/occupational licensing and construction permitting. Nicole also specializes in tax incentives programs for eligible construction projects such as Historic Tax Credits and Restoration Tax Abatement.
In 2006 she ventured into building construction taking on renovation and new build projects which lead her to founding Webre Construction to offer construction services to clients. Having been on both sides of construction projects Nicole saw a need for thoughtful and honest contracting services and is proud to be certified woman-owned business enterprise receiving State & Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SLDBE) certification in 2018.

Brad has 15 years of experience in commercial and civil construction. In 2004, he started his career in construction and quickly became an assistant Project Manager in the construction and renovation of commercial buildings. After Hurricane Katrina he was subcontracted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers overseeing demolition and cleanup work in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward neighborhood. Afterward, he joined a startup concrete company as a foreman and ran the day to day operations for site and structural work. In 2011, he brought his experience and knowledge to Kort's Construction Services where he began as a foreman and moved up to lead Project Manager on heavy civil and site work. In November 2018 Brad joined Webre Construction to complement and strengthen the services that Webre Construction provides its clients.
